To order online we ask for 48 hours notice to guarentee your order.

We also require 48 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments.

If you need to place an order, make an amendment or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice please call 07773034608 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Greens deli can securely take card payments with our online store.

Unfortunatly we do not take payment by card over the phone.

We also take cash on delivery, however please ensure you have the correct money as our drivers do not carry change!

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

An order is not deemed to be accepted until you have received your confirmation email.

If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email please call 07773034608.

It is your responsibility to check over your confirmation email and ensure all your details, delivery address, time and items are correct.

At the time of delivery you will be supplied with a delivery note, please ensure you have someone available to check over your delivery when it arrives.

You will also receive your invoice by email at the time of delivery stated on your order.

If you have a credit account with us, it is your responsibility as account holder with Greens deli, to ensure the invoice is passed on to your relevent department for payment.

Failure to do so will result in an administration fee to cover the costs of recovering the monies due.

Our payment terms are strictly 14 days, any late payment could be subject to a 5% increase and an administartion fee.
